Celebrate Love

I've been bitter about all these cheesy stuff I see everywhere. I never celebrated Valentine's day, that is. I never had anyone to spend that day with. But, my life was never miserable. If you got used to people telling you life is miserable without a partner, think twice.


As I was exchanging tweets with a friend, who is also as bitter as I am, Jim Paredes tweeted this:

"This Valentine, let's think about human love and all its shades--romantic, platonic, brotherly, Christian, etc.. It will deepen us"

These words made me realize that, hell yeah, love can be expressed in so many ways that I don't need a special someone in order to appreciate the beauty of it. Life is full of love. Therefore, I should celebrate not just for love, but for life in general. I'm so blessed to be loved by family and friends. Now, that gives me more reason to celebrate LOVE.

The Cool School

The sad truth is that The Cool School never existed. I even made a website for this but nothing happened. It didn't push through. It doesn't make me sad though. I don't even feel regretful about it. Because of this, I thought of creating a new portal for my collection.

Meet Boredom

Boredom is the most resourceful thing that ever existed. I guess not everybody would agree but it's for you guys to figure out why.


Personally, I come up with strange yet creative ideas when I get bored. Even with the most unattractive subjects, photo enthusiasts like me and professional photographers, can create something beautiful out of them. That's another thing about photography that I love. It gives pleasure not only to yourself but also to others to see something you often take for granted come out perfect when photographed.


Boredom makes me more productive.

The Church and the State

I'm no saint and certainly not into politics but one cannot ignore the ever-growing competition between the Church and the State. Who's right and who's not? The State seems to have failed us. Does that mean the Church has to take over?
